Our Workforce Development Division is dedicated to assisting the growth of Alabama businesses and the workers that sustain their operations. We will assist potential workers by directing individuals toward job skills improvement programs, education, and training, equipping workers with the tools and talents that employers demand.

Our Social Service Referral program is thoughtfully designed and planned with our participants’ needs in mind.
Job Training and Placement
Our Job Training and Placement services gives individuals an opportunity to learn new job skills. We aim to prepare individuals for a particular job (or jobs) or for a specific type of work environment, and other related activities such as placement and career counseling.
Childcare and Afterschool Programs
We are proud to announce our newest program, We Care Academy. The Mission of We Care Academy is to provide child care services that allow children to thrive in a nurturing and safe environment that encourages the spiritual, mental and physical development of the child.
Transitional Housing
We help those in need of a safe, permanent place to live and provides many of the services needed for successful independent living, including assistance with budgeting and paying bills, shopping for food, transportation to medical appointments and social activities.
