About Our Team
Our President Alana C. Jones
Alana C. Jones believes in living a purpose-driven life of servant leadership. She is an active member of the Phenix City, AL community where she and her husband Dr. Wendell Jones, live, operate their business and raise their two beautiful children. She believes her mission is to connect people to opportunities that help them improve their spiritual, physical, and financial wellness noting healthy families contribute to healthy communities. She is the recipient of a Masters in Nutrition, Florida State University and Certificate in Nonprofit Management. She wears many hats as an entrepreneur currently serving as Executive Officer of WELCOHM Solutions, 501c3, Lead Consultant for Hope Wellness Solutions, LLC, and Owner of We Care Academy Child Development Center.

Our Vice President Dr. Wendell Jones Sr.
Dr. Wendell Jones is a highly successful entrepreneur with both local and state recognition for services provided within his community. He has a passion for church growth and leadership development. He has devoted significant work to developing a leadership manual for newly assigned pastors. Dr. Jones is a graduate of Regent University, where he recived his Doctorate of Strategic Leadership. He Serves as President of Gerent Professional Service Inc. Leadership Consulting Firm and as Vice President of WELCOHM Solutions, 501c3 providing wellness, community health, and Ministry Solutions. He is the Pastor of Greater St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church, and has over 15 years as a pastor in the AME Church. He is also the owner of Jones Pallet Exchange, Phenix City, AL and Owner of We Care Academy Child Development Center of Phenix City, AL.
